About HGW Projects
HGW Projects is a provider of specialist Project and Development Management services, founded by Hugh Gretton-Watson in 2010. With 23 staff across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices, HGW Projects is strategically positioned to provide Development and Project Management Services for our clients nationally.
HUGH GRETTON-WATSON | Founding Director ᐁ
With over 20 years experience within the property industry. Hugh has direct construction experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom and is hands on in all three offices along the eastern seaboard. Outside of work Hugh enjoys watching his children playing sport, playing golf, a nice lunch and watching his beloved Demons.
GLEN ELSWORTH | Director ᐁ
21 years working in the property industry with a construction background. Major project experience in Australia, Singapore, China and Vietnam. Out of the office Glen loves the outdoors, camping, surfing and anything with two wheels!
MITCHELL BADGE | Director ᐁ
With a career spanning over 12 years both Australia wide and in the UK, Mitchell applies his proactive approach and natural flare to all facets of developemt. Outside of the office you will find Mitchell on the golf course or learning about fine wine.
CHARLES SCOTT | Development Director ᐁ
With qualifications in town planning and property development, combined with extensive development experience across residential, commercial and specialised asset classes, Charles brings a unique blend of strategic planning expertise and practical development knowledge to every project.
BEN ALLAN | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
With over 3 years construction and property experience. Ben utilises his clear communication skills and thinks strategically to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Out of the office Ben enjoys playing sports and heading down the beach.
ALISTAIR MCINTOSH | Project Manager ᐁ
Alistair’s wide range of practical experience has seen him successfully deliver projects working within a live hospital environment, as well as delivering highly architectural bespoke residential projects, working with some of the best consultants in the industry along the way.
THOMAS ANDRISKE | Project Manager ᐁ
Thomas through his project experience, has developed a knowledge base and management skills to facilitate ongoing design and delivery processes whilst providing effective project management support for the wider project team.
BRINDAN SOMALINGHAM | Assistant Project Manager ᐁ
Brindan is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for excellence to HGW Projects. He brings with him previous experience as an undergraduate engineer including roles in the execution of the Parramatta Light Rail Project.
CHARLIE BODKIN | Project Manager ᐁ
Charlie is a diligent and ambitious Project Management professional who has a background in Civil Engineering. Charles has played a key role in the scope development, procurement and delivery phases over various projects and has the ability to use his management, planning, technical and design skills to drive successful client outcomes at all stages of the development cycle.
MEGAN COTTON | Project Manager ᐁ
With 4 years industry experience, Megan has managed projects across a range of scales, including retail fit-outs, commercial developments and multi-residential reburbishments. She seamlessly manages to unite all stakeholders to deliver the highest quality product on schedule.
EMMA BARRETT | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
With Construction experience in UK and Australia wide, Emma is driven with an honest and dedicated approach who focuses on building authentic relationships with clients and project teams.When not in the office Emma is passionate about new experiences and you will find her hiking in the mountains, travelling and exploring the outdoors.

Haydn is a results-driven and highly organised Project Manager with over 9 years of experience in successfully managing complex projects across a variety of industries, including Residential, Commercial, and Mixed-Use developments in Victoria and London.
XAVIER GAROFALI | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
Xavier has developed particular expertise in the delivery of significant capital works projects in both the public and private sectors. As Project Manager and Site Engineer, he has been responsible for the delivery of numerous school and university projects.

Charles is both a diligent and ambitious individual with a background in civil engineering. He is an excellent communicator and develops positive relationships with Clients and stakeholders across his projects.
DANIEL GREGSON | Assistant Project Manager ᐁ
Daniel's dual experience in client-side operations and providing support in project management and site supervision equips him with a distinctive skill set that greatly benefits our projects.
MATT DERBIGE | Project Coordinator ᐁ
Matt is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Project Management. His eagerness to learn has seen him employed across a diverse range of projects where his personable approach develops positive relationships with his clients. Currently he is working in the retail and residential sectors.
