HGW Projects is a provider of specialist Project and Development Management services, founded by Hugh Gretton-Watson in 2010. With 23 staff across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices, HGW Projects is strategically positioned to provide Development and Project Management Services for our clients nationally.
HUGH GRETTON-WATSON | Founding Director ᐁ
With over 20 years experience within the property industry. Hugh has direct construction experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom and is hands on in all three offices along the eastern seaboard. Outside of work Hugh enjoys watching his children playing sport, playing golf, a nice lunch and watching his beloved Demons.
JUSTIN HOTTON | Director of Projects ᐁ
With over 25 years of experience in construction and project management, Justin brings with him a wealth of internationally recognised projects across Australia and Asia, including a senior leadership role in the construction of the iconic Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Justin oversees key projects at HGW Projects, ensuring the successful delivery for our clients and development partners.
ALEXANDRA MULLER | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
With experience working for Tier 1 Contractors in France and Australia, Alexandra brings with her an extensive background in construction which she has carried over to education and retail projects since joining the team. Alexandra is passionate about fine food and wine and also loves camping with her family.
EMMA BARRETT | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
With Construction experience in UK and Australia wide, Emma is driven with an honest and dedicated approach who focuses on building authentic relationships with clients and project teams.When not in the office Emma is passionate about new experiences and you will find her hiking in the mountains, travelling and exploring the outdoors.
JACK ABBOTT | Development Manager ᐁ
3 years’ experience within the construction and property industry, Jack brings his learnings and experience to all projects. Jack is an avid sailor regularly competing in national and international events.
Daniel Gregson | Assistant Project Manager ᐁ
Daniel's dual experience in client-side operations and providing support in project management and site supervision equips him with a distinctive skill set that greatly benefits our projects.
Dominique Moloney | Junior Project Manager ᐁ
Currently pursuing graduate studies in Project Management at RMIT University, Dominique brings a fresh take on managing projects and prioritises her clients. She is a competitive swimmer and enjoys spending time with friends.
MITCHELL BADGE | Director ᐁ
With a career spanning over 12 years both Australia wide and in the UK, Mitchell applies his proactive approach and natural flare to all facets of developemt. Outside of the office you will find Mitchell on the golf course or learning about fine wine.
WILLIAM PACKARD | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
Commencing his career in his hometown of Perth, Western Australia, William has a diverse knowledge of construction, development & design and has worked on some high profile projects both in Perth and Melbourne. Outside of the office William is exploring Melbournes rooftop bars and watching the AFL.
BEN ALLAN | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
With over 3 years construction and property experience. Ben utilises his clear communication skills and thinks strategically to deliver successful outcomes for clients. Out of the office Ben enjoys playing sports and heading down the beach.
Alistair McIntosh | Project Manager ᐁ
Alistair’s wide range of practical experience has seen him successfully deliver projects working within a live hospital environment, as well as delivering highly architectural bespoke residential projects, working with some of the best consultants in the industry along the way.
Rachael Benbow | Project Manager ᐁ
Rachael comes from a construction background having worked on numerous large scale projects. Rachael is a thorough worker and will be a valuable asset to her respective projects.
Yugandhara Sawant | Assistant Project Manager ᐁ
With a background in architecture and real estate, Yuga brings with her a wealth of international experience. Working towards the client's goal, she enjoys the challenges of each unique project to achieve an optimum outcome. Ouside work, she is a avid traveller and enjoys playing badminton.
GLEN ELSWORTH | Director ᐁ
16 years working in the property industry with a construction background. Major project experience in Australia, Singapore, China and Vietnam. Out of the office Glen loves the outdoors, camping, surfing and anything with two wheels!
MADDY RYAN | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
8 years working in the property industry with a background of interior design and real estate. Maddy thrives on design and detail. Out of the office Maddy travels as much as she can reaching 30 countries so far!
RAQUEL RYAN | Senior Project Manager ᐁ
Raquel brings a wealth of experience working across a vast array of projects in the architecture, planning construction industries for high-quality organisations. With a strong and vast asset management background, Raquel brings a diverse skill set to projects and has strong business and communications strategies which add value to her projects.
MEGAN COTTON | Project Manager ᐁ
With 4 years industry experience, Megan has managed projects across a range of scales, including retail fit-outs, commercial developments and multi-residential reburbishments. She seamlessly manages to unite all stakeholders to deliver the highest quality product on schedule.
Thomas Andriske | Assistant Project Manager ᐁ
Thomas through his project experience, has developed a knowledge base and management skills to facilitate ongoing design and delivery processes whilst providing effective project management support for the wider project team.
CHARLES CHAN | Assistant Project Manager ᐁ
Charles is both a diligent and ambitious individual with a background in civil engineering. He is an excellent communicator and develops positive relationships with Clients and stakeholders across his projects.
Brindan Somalingham | Project Coordinator ᐁ
Brindan is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for excellence to HGW Projects. He brings with him previous experience as an undergraduate engineer including roles in the execution of the Parramatta Light Rail Project.
