James Knox Investments & Transcend Property engaged HGW Projects for project management and superintendent services at their industrial development in Melbourne’s South East. The development involved a 3500 sqm warehouse extension, new external hardstand areas, carparking & associated landscaping for the existing tenant Cospak (San Miguel Corporation).

The project was undertaken in a live operating environment with the tenant continuing to operate at full capacity throughout the build and involved a detailed staging of works.
